Blackrock Hammock HOA Annual Meeting The HOA board has scheduled the annual HOA meeting for February 2, 2026 at 6:00pm.
We will provide the agenda by January 18, 2026. It will be posted on the HOA website and the meeting notice and location will be posted on the message board.
One item on the agenda, if needed, will be an election for one board seat currently held by Betsi Mettendorf whose term is expiring this year.
Any member interested in running for this seat can nominate themselves by January 17,2026. If more than one member nominates themselves, we will have an election on February 2, 2026 and proxies will be mailed to each lot owner(s) in the event they cannot or do not wish to attend the February 2, 2026 meeting.

2026 Budget Please find attached a copy of the 2026 Budget the HOA board approved on December 17. 2025.
Volunteer Needed for bookkeeping:
The board thanks Ginny Botkins for all the years she has voluntarily handled the HOA bookkeeping. She is stepping down and we are in search of another volunteer to do the bookkeeping. The HOA bookkeeper records financial transactions and sends out the semi-annual dues invoices. This is currently being done on QuickBooks, but we are open to use any software a volunteer may prefer.
